What is Golden Wing®?
Golden Wing® is a barley-based milk alternative made with the highest quality barley. It’s a tasty alternative to both dairy and non-dairy milk that you can consume confidently knowing the limited amount of ingredients in every carton.
What is in Golden Wing®?
We carefully source the highest quality, non-GMO barley from the Coors Barley Program and fortify it with vegan vitamin D3 and calcium to bring you a great-tasting plant-based milk.

Why should I drink Golden Wing®?
Aside from the awesome flavor of Golden Wing®, barley has a range of positive benefits.
Barley is a vitamin rich, whole grain that’s naturally low in sugar, and known for its versatility in preparation. Benefits to barley consumption may include cardiovascular support, bone health support, lower inflammation and digestive health support (source here).
Using Golden Wing® results in 25% less sugar, 1.5x more calcium, and 7x more vitamin D3 than average shelf-stable oat milk. 1 cup of average shelf-stable oat milk contains 8g sugar, 13mcg Vitamin D3, and 183mg calcium vs. 1 cup of Golden Wing, which contains 6g of sugar, 11mcg of Vitamin D3, and 468mg of calcium.

How do you get milk out of barley?
The process of making barley milk is similar to how any grain milk is made. Our farmers gather our high-elevation barley (specifically grown in the Rocky Mountains), blend it with water, then strain it to make barley milk.

Is Golden Wing® organic?
Golden Wing is Non-GMO Project Verified, but is not organic.
Is Golden Wing® gluten free?
Golden Wing® is not gluten-free. Our milk is made from the barley grain, which is one of three grains that contains the protein gluten.
How does Golden Wing® compare to oat milk?
1 cup of average shelf-stable oat milk contains 8g sugar, 13mcg Vitamin D3, and 183mg calcium vs. 1 cup of Golden Wing, which contains 6g of sugar, 11mcg of Vitamin D3, and 468mg of calcium.
Why do you fortify Golden Wing® with added vitamins and minerals?
We fortify Golden Wing® with vegan vitamin D3 and calcium because we want to offer our plant-based customers a delicious dairy alternative that is also nutritionally balanced.
How should I store Golden Wing®?
Before opening, our 32 oz cartons are shelf-stable for 12 months from production.
Once opened, Golden Wing® should be stored in your fridge and enjoyed within 7-10 days.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are currently processed and shipped through Amazon.
